(I)gnite your enthusiasm – be inspired yourself.
(N)avigate the way – articulate a bold, clear, concise and consistently communicated vision.
(S)ell the Benefit – answer the one question everyone has on their mind – what’s in it for me?
(P)aint a picture – of a world made better by your service, product, company, or cause.
(I)nvite participation – go beyond “listening” – invite employees to help grow the company.
(R)einforce optimism – be more optimistic than the average person.
(E)ncourage potential – encourage people to be their best selves.
